Detailed Product Description
Barrels and screws adopt segment type structure. According to customers' technological demands for all kinds of materials, we have improved its combination and arrangement abilities. With excellent effects of blending, plasticating and exhausting, its application is wide and interchanged.
According to the property of material processing, barrels can choose 38CrMoAlA as material (processed by nitrification), or adopt alloy coating, which is with excellent grinding resistant capability. Barrels adopt aluminum molding heater and are cooled by water.
Use the machine to handel the Wooden power and recycled PE, or PP, to make preparation for WPC extrusion line. The first stage of WPC products.
